Eventors Cancellation Policy

When a vendor accepts a booking request from a planner/customer, they agree to provide their services indefinitely and not entertain other requests that may interfere with the said planner’s booking time.
Planner/customer cancellations create problems for vendors because as the event date draws closer to the start of the booking, the vendor’s ability to reserve their event date or prepare for their event, becomes more and more difficult. At the same time, sometimes plans change for our event planners and they may need to cancel a confirmed booking.

We have developed the Eventors cancellation policies so that it provides some flexibility for planners while still providing security for vendors who have reserved their time and services for the planner.

In all cancellations, Eventors retains our customary fees.
